Seedorf to join Botafogo?

After an impressive start to the season, Botafogo tasted defeat for the first time as they conceded 3 goals to Cruziero. Three games into the season, the Fogao have both the best attack and worst defence into the league, which promises entertainment for neutrals, but a rollercoaster ride for fans of the club!

Maybe the team need some kind of calming influence in the middle of the park, to maintain the attacking flair, but bring some discipline to the tactical set up of the team. How does Clarence Seedorf sound? The Dutch international has been constantly linked with the club over the past few months, and as the European season comes to an end a move seems more than likely.

Seedorf is said to be itching for a move to the Brazilian league, despite lucrative offers from other emerging footballing league such as China and Russia, and with Seedorf’s wife being a Brazilian herself, let’s hope she influences his decision and persuades him to join the lone star.
