Elkeson Signs for Guangzhou Evergrande

Guangzhou Evergrande have finally completed the signing of Botafogo’s young Brazilian midfield star Elkeson, for a fee of just over £5m. As is the case with many South American players, his contract wasn’t owned entirely by the club and Botafogo will receive just 35% of the transfer fee.
