Brazil under-20s coach Alexandre Gallo, has assembled a squad of young players who will take part in this years Torneo Internacional de Fútbol Sub-20 de L’Alcúdia. The tournament, thankfully shortened to COTIF, takes place in L’Alcúdia, Valencia, and features a mixture of club and international teams.

This years participants are Brazil, Argentina, Lvante U.D., Ecuador, China, Mauritania, Barcelona, Valencia, Qatar, and Indonesia.

Here are Brazil’s fixtures:

12th August – Brazil 1-1 Qatar
14th August – Brazil v Equador
16th August – Brazil v China
17th August –  Brazil v Valencia FC

Brazil have already played their first game in the tournament, having only managed to draw with Qatar. Santos wonderkid Gabriel grabbed an equaliser to save further blushes. The highlights from the game can be seen in the video below.

Here is the full Brazil squad for the tournament in Spain, and coach Gallo will surely have one eye on the 2016 Olympic football tournament when assessing his players in this tournament.

  2. Don’t think there’s a list of all the squads anywhere, but the results of the games are here and the match reports show which players played.
